• Payment is to be made after the service is completed, unless stated otherwise.

• We accept cash, UPI, and other available digital payment methods.

4. Warranty on Repairs

• We provide a limited warranty on parts replaced and service performed, as communicated at the time of repair.

• Warranty does not apply to future breakdowns unrelated to the repair, customer mishandling, or power fluctuations.

5. Use of Genuine Parts

We use original or high-quality compatible spare parts during repairs, depending on the availability and customer preference. The warranty may differ based on the type of part used.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking by calling us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a visit charge.

7. Liability

SK Service Center will not be liable for:

• Damage caused due to improper use of the appliance before or after the service.

• Loss or data (for smart appliances), food spoilage, or indirect damages caused due to appliance breakdowns.

• Issues caused due to third-party repair after our service.
